Custom management systems

Custom management systems that replace spreadsheets, manual processes, and generic software. From operational workflows to financial and inventory control—engineered with the same discipline in every project.

[01]Custom management systems

What it can include

Every project is shaped around your company’s needs. The items below are examples of what this service commonly includes: the scope may combine some of them, all of them or others the operation requires, and it is defined with you during the assessment.

  • Internal and operational controls

Approval workflows, task tracking, activity logging, and visibility of daily operational activities.

  • Financial and cost management

Accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, cost centers, and reports that actually answer management questions.

  • Inventory and logistics

Inbound and outbound tracking, stock positions, reservations, and integration with purchasing or production.

  • Sales and lightweight CRM

Sales pipeline, client history, proposals, and opportunity tracking without the complexity of an off-the-shelf CRM.

  • Human resources and people

Hiring, vacations, documents, evaluations, and basic people indicators—for when HR still operates with spreadsheets.

  • Integration with existing systems

Connection with ERPs, accounting, e-commerce, or legacy software to avoid rework and data inconsistencies.

  • On-demand modules

We start with the company’s main pain point and expand as needed. The system grows with the business, not the other way around.

  • Dashboards and key metrics

Clear panels with the daily figures management needs, without relying on spreadsheet exports.

  • Access control and auditing

Different permission levels, logs of user actions, and traceability of important changes.

[02]Custom management systems

Who it is for

  • A company still running core operations on spreadsheets and already facing limits (errors, lack of history, single-person dependency).
  • A business that tried an off-the-shelf ERP and found that 70% of the features are unnecessary while the crucial 30% do not fit.
  • A growing operation that needs stricter controls without losing the agility it had when smaller.
  • A management team spending hours every week consolidating data from multiple sources to make decisions.
  • A company with its own effective processes that does not want to adapt to generic software logic.
  • Anyone who needs a reliable, versioned system with clear responsibility for deliverables.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver complete ERPs or just individual modules?

We do both. Many clients start with one or two critical modules and expand later. What matters is that the system is correctly built from the very first module.

How long does it take to deploy the first module?

Usually between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on complexity and client availability for validation. We prefer to deliver value early rather than promise a “complete” system in a year.

Is the system hosted in the cloud or on our infrastructure?

Both options are available. We decide together based on security, cost, and the company's operational preferences.

What if we change our process during the project?

Scope changes are handled transparently. We record and evaluate the impact and proceed only with explicit alignment. There are no surprises in billing or deadlines.

Do you train the team?

Yes. Delivery includes user training and documentation. The system only adds value if users can operate it daily.

How does maintenance work afterward?

We offer maintenance and improvement contracts. Corrections, minor enhancements, and support are part of our ongoing service.

Can you integrate with what we already use (accounting, e-commerce, etc.)?

Yes. Integration is often part of the scope. We map the interfaces at the start of the project.

Do you use any ready-made platforms or develop from scratch?

We build custom solutions. We use mature frameworks and components, but the business logic is crafted for your operation—not the other way around.
